Health and Wellness Coaching

Health & wellness coaching is about more than setting goals, it’s about uncovering what truly matters to you and building habits that feel supportive, doable, and empowering. In our coaching sessions, we’ll explore your vision of well-being, identify the changes you’re ready for, and create heart-centered steps to get you there. I’ll serve as a compassionate guide and accountability partner, helping you connect with your own strengths and self-belief while bridging the gap between professional and evidence-based recommendations and your daily life.

$50 per 50-min session (Offered only after a package has concluded)
$270 for 3 months (6 sessions, 2 per month)

Embodied Yoga

Embodied yoga is an invitation to move with kindness, curiosity, and presence. Rooted in accessibility and ease, these sessions help you reconnect with your body in ways that feel supportive and sustainable—whether you’re seeking stress relief, strength, or simple time to breathe. Each practice emphasizes tuning inward rather than striving for perfection, so you leave feeling grounded, balanced, and more connected to yourself. All are welcome, regardless of experience level.

Mindfulness Mentoring

Mindfulness mentoring is a personalized journey into presence, awareness, and self-compassion. Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, I’ll guide you through approachable techniques that help quiet the noise and invite clarity. Together, we’ll explore breathwork, body awareness, and simple mindfulness practices you can integrate into everyday life. The intention is not to remove life’s challenges, but to meet them with steadiness, resilience, and a greater sense of ease.
