My Journey

My path to wellness coaching began in a very different field: geology. After nearly two decades working in data, leadership, and problem-solving, I felt called toward a more heart-centered path—one that supports people in their growth and healing.

Along the way, I completed yoga teacher training, mindfulness and meditation mentorship programs, and health coach training. These studies deepened my belief that health is not one-size-fits-all, but something deeply personal, connected to values, lifestyle, and self-compassion.

My Approach

When we work together, you’ll always be at the center of the process. I don’t hand down prescriptive rules—I walk alongside you, offering tools, accountability, and encouragement so you can build confidence in your own ability to create change.

My approach is:

• Aligned with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches: The NBHWC sets the standard of education, scope of practice, and ethics of the Health and Wellness Coaching profession.

Beyond Coaching

Outside of Tend to Flourish, you can usually find me moving my body in one way or another, spending time with my family, or lost in a good book. These moments of connection remind me that wellness is not just about health—it’s about how we live, love, and grow each day.
